We present to you a new member of our team, Veronika L., who works as a TRX instructor. Veronika has tried many sports activities since she was a child. However, when she dicovered Fitness, she got to know it is going to be the best for her. In her lessons, she focuses primarily on strength and endurance. Most often in the form of interval training, in which everyone can choose what form of exercise they choose and how many repetitions they can do. So come and try a lesson with Veronika for yourself.
