Evening yoga

Yoga adapted to evening hours with a focus on slower exercise and breathing.

How the lesson goes:

Yoga, during which the muscles are pleasantly tired and the body stretches properly. Individual positions will be sequenced in a slow sequence and connected to the breath. A careful combination of movement and breathing will lead to a rapid and high quality increase in the flexibility and stability of the center of the body. The body will have to stay thoroughly heated all the time, so even those who want to burn will come into their own. You will see how you will fall asleep after such an hour.
