Added lessons from November 2024
Dear clients, starting next week you can look forward to 3 new schedules for these lessons: Spinning, Circuit Training and Cross Training!
It is interval exercise, interval training or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), used both to burn fat and to increase the level of physical condition and strength.
It is based on 20-second segments that take place at a higher intensity with as many repetitions as possible. This is followed by 10 seconds in which the body calms down and lets it rest. This is how 8 series are performed and the exercise takes 4 minutes. After that, it is switched to the next exercise in the same mode.

Group lessons will be held according to the set schedule.
