Modernization of the SPINNING Hall

We completed the modernization of the SPINNING hall over the holidays. We increased the space, amplified and doubled the air exchange and the room was conditioned for the future warm summer months. SPINNING you now enjoy more comfort. We also increased the number of spinning wheels to 30 and became the largest SPINNING center in Brno and the surrounding area. Extending the lessons at 16:20 and 18:20 are planned from the end of September.

Open lesson SM System

New to the AFIT schedule! Every Monday at 19:15 you can expect a SM system lesson with the amazing Teresa A.

This class is designed for clients who already have experience with the SM System and want to enjoy its benefits on a regular basis under the guidance of an experienced instructor – right in our center.

Strengthening of the deep stabilization system, relief from back pain and overall improvement of the movement pattern – all this is waiting for you every Monday. A great opportunity to do something for your body and your health.
