The DNS exercise returns from September 4 every Wednesday from 3:15 p.m. led by Vašek T.

The exercises include positions and movements that imitate the phases of human movement development (lying on the back, standing on all fours, turning, climbing, etc.). Activating these natural movement patterns helps prevent back pain, improve overall movement efficiency (mobility and stability). This is a strength compensatory exercise at a slow pace with an emphasis on feeling and correct execution. Beneficial consequences of DNS exercises: better stability and mobility, coordination, prevention of back pain, reduction of the risk of repeated injuries
Reservations can be made via the online reservation system, in the AFIT application or by calling the reception number 608 70 80 99.
