Flat belly-firm buttocks
This is a group lesson focused on strengthening and shaping the body, increasing physical condition and burning. All exercises can be performed in a lighter or heavier variant, so this type of exercise is suitable for beginners and advanced.
Each lesson will include:
- Warm up
- The main strengthening part
- Stretching
The main part of the lesson includes a combination of cardio and strengthening either with your own weight or with the help of exercise aids (expander, powerball, mini ball, mini band …). During the lesson, we will focus on the problem areas, the center of the body and the body as a whole. This is a medium-intensity strengthening that guarantees body shaping and burning during the lesson.
