TRX – Suspension training is an original and simple tool composed of two strong straps of adjustable length. It is used only for bodyweight exercises. TRX builds muscle strength, balance, flexibility and activates muscles for the duration of the training. It is meant for trainees at all fitness levels from beginners to advanced to professional sportsmen.TRX allows us to create effective training units adjusted to the client’s exact needs( basic physical skills, body strengthening, fat reduction).

TRX beginners and intermediate is suitable for clients who want to get to know TRX, learn the correct exercise technique and posture during training. We recommend everyone who starts with TRX to take this lesson, regardless of age, gender or physical condition.
The TRX lesson is intended for those who already have previous experience with this exercise.
